Blend it and chug it!

Have you ever been afraid? Unless you are some superhuman, the answer is yes!

I think fear gets a bad wrap. I mean it’s not that bad. You can use fear, you can put that sucker in a smoothie every morning and drink it for breakfast.

Wanna know why fear can be the best ingredient in your smoothies? You’re about to find out… 

Recipe For A Fear Smoothie

Long story short, one of my daughters was so nervous about doing something. She called me and said Mom, I’m really afraid. I was not in town that weekend, and as a mom, that crushed me! All I wanted to do was be there for my baby girl.

Do you want to know what I told her at that moment? It’s something that stuck with her, and I think it’ll stick with you too!

I said, “Put fear in a smoothie, drink it down, and use that sucker to propel you forward. Use fear. Eat it for breakfast.” And she was laughing so hard. And she was like I like that Mom. Like a fear smoothie. Yep, make yourself a fear smoothie!

Challenge:

Too many times we shy away from things because being comfortable is so much easier. It’s so much simpler that way. It’s so much more predictable. We know what life is going to look like for that day and we’re okay with it. But that’s not a life. That’s not living. You’re not here to just get by, you’re here to do those things that create awe in your life. That create a feeling of accomplishment. That lift you up to another level where you discover more about yourself than you knew the day before.

Here is your challenge today:

  • – Use fear. 
  • – Put it in your smoothie each morning.
  • – Drink it up, and allow it to propel you forward!

You are fearless. I want you to know how powerful you really are and you can only do that by facing fear instead of running from it.
