High falutin' corporate executives aren't the only ones who get year-end reviews. It's that time of year again--time to give yourself an honest year-end review to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie and analyze what steps you need to take to improve your productivity.

I need to do this - but I find that there are sooooooo many things that need improvement that it is hard to not beat up on myself for all the areas in which I am lacking. Do you have any advice for this? Thanks, Hannah! :)

Yeah, Mama....two words: BABY STEPS. Pick one area and start developing successful habits in that one area, maybe focus on one habit a week. Success is never meant to happen overnight.

I have been on the Hannah Style of Living since June of 2012 so happy I found this site. I will say its been a series ups and downs But finally getting the hang of it I still have a lot to do as far as time management but for the most part doing the baby steps, and realizing that I don't have to do it all at once. I was also blessed to actually pick up Total Mom Makeover at the local thrift store(who and why would anyone toss this book aside is crazy its my life line and truly helped me so much!!)

But anyway....you can do it if I can anyone can. I am still hard on myself but really taking the pressure off myself each day. I use all the resources too if you have not take the 7 day mom course that is amazing!

Thanks Hannah for allowing your God given wisdom and knowledge to bless the world! I agree I am looking forward to 2013 being my best year of being the me God always intended me to be!!
