Karis is a big fan of Tim Burton, so we let him watch Edward Scissorhands the other day (with some parental edits!). True to his dark and twisted character, Karis loved the movie. As a matter of fact, he loved it so much that he decided to become Edward Scissorhands.

Unfortunately, all he had to work with was a pair of cheap winter gloves, duct tape, and some butter knives.

I'll give him points for creativity; but for overall design, well, I'm going to have to send him back to the drawing boards. He's looking a little more like Playschool Wolverine! For certain, I am NOT going to let him try to trim my hair, or even the shrubs. I'm going to have to limit his activity to spreading butter.
