How do you keep from laughing in church???

There we were sitting in church. All of us were listening to the pastor deliver a message. Well, almost all of us. My youngest son, Korben, had found a survey for men in the church bulletin and was busy filling it out.

When he finished it, he handed it to Blair who then handed it to me.

It was all I could do not to fall apart in laughter, right there in the middle of church! NO CHEST HAIR??? Are you kidding me? Where does he get this stuff?

Oh, Girl. I'd love it if we could sit down to coffee (or Kool-Aid!) and tell funny stories about our children. That was sooo funny! Just wish I wasn't sipping coffee when I saw the chest hair thing. I really must learn not to drink (coffee!) and read blogs--just as dangerous as drinking and driving. There are times when the kids are just craAAAzy and making me crazy too. Then in between, they do stuff like this, and it's so doggone funny, it diffuses all of the frustration I had in the first place and kinda recenters me, reminds me what things are important and to be enjoyed, and not to sweat the small stuff.
I think the humor kids have, which they're sometimes oblivious to, is a protective mechanism they have to ensure they reach aduthood. What do you think?
