I'm always picking up helpful books to try to get a morsel or two of advice that I can pass on. I came across "His Need, Her Needs: Building an Affair-Proof Marriage" and immediatey realized why it's already sold over TWO MILLION COPIES! This book is like a blueprint for marriage success and it is awesome!

If you are ready to get your eyes opened to what is REALLY going on in your marriage, then you have GOT to check this book out. It is not only like a huge "a-ha" moment when you read it, but it is also a kick in the pants to make your marriage successful.

Wonder what world I'm living in, because I haven't heard of this one. Seems like a good read though. A successful marriage blueprint sure would be useful! I'll have to read it soon! Thanks for the suggestion.

Looks great - my piece of advice (hard to do sometimes I know), is date night - amazing how good it feels to have a regular date with your spouse - even if it is just coffee and dessert.

My husband just this evening realized that our silver wedding anniversary will be here in 4 short years. How did 25 years go by that quickly?

My advice is to keep your husband and his need at the forefront of your mind. It's so easy for these guys to get lost in the shuffle of kids, groceries, doctors appts, etc. But the more you invest him and the more he feels important to you... The more rewards you will reap. You'll be suprised at how willing he is to help you carry your burdens, when he realizes that he's your priority!
